Ncell eSIM Requirements
To get an eSIM from Ncell, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Your device must be eSIM-compatible. (check if your device is eSIM-compatible or not)
- You must be an existing Ncell customer or you must purchase a new Ncell SIM card.
eSIM-compatible devices:
- Latest models of iPhones : iPhone XS series, iPhone 11 series, iPhone 12 series, iPhone 13 series & iPhone 14 series.
- Latest models of Samsung : Galaxy S21 series, Galaxy S22 series, Galaxy Z Flip series and Galaxy Z Fold series.
- Google : Pixel 4 series, Pixel 5 series, Pixel 6 series.
Once you have met the requirements, you have two different options to apply for eSIM:
Procedure 1
- Go to your message box.
- Type your citizenship id and email address followed by a comma.
- Send it to 17125.
Note: You should send the text message from eSIM compatible device and the sim should be registered to same citizenship id.
Procedure 2
- Visit the Ncell website or app.
- Click on the “eSIM” tab.
- Enter your citizenship number and email address.
- Click on the “Submit” button.
Ncell will then send you an email with a link to activate your eSIM. Once you have activated your eSIM, you can start using it with your device.
Why you should get an eSIM?
If your device is eSIM-compatible but has only one SIM card slot, you can use two SIM cards using the eSIM feature. I recommend that you get an eSIM from Ncell and use another SIM card of your choice in the physical SIM card slot.
